SHIPPING TIMEFRAME

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Current production time is a minimum of 3 weeks from the date of purchase. Please allow AT LEAST 3 weeks PLUS shipping time to receive your order. I do my best but I cannot guarantee delivery time once USPS receives the order so please allow ample time for shipping. First class shipping is generally the slowest, then priority mail, and then express. Orders ship within 1-2 business days of the scheduled ship date. If there is a delay with your order (item out of stock, etc) you will receive an email with the scheduled shipping date change and do have the option to cancel your order if you'd prefer to not wait.

AFTER ORDERING

I FORGOT TO INCLUDE THE NAME/BIRTHDAY NUMBER/PERSONALIZATION INFO WITH MY ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?
Please send a message via Etsy conversations (include your order number) with the missing information. Note that your order cannot be started without all necessary personalization information and this can effect production time.

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout UNLESS we are notified prior to shipping. Please double check your shipping address. If you realize it is inaccurate, please message us via Etsy conversations as soon as you realize the error.

I believe you will love your new Teeny Tiny Fashions, however your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to me. If for any reason you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact me prior to leaving feedback as I'd like the opportunity to work with you to remedy the situation. In the event that an error is made on my part, I will replace the item provided that you contact me within 3 days of receipt of your order and provide photographic documentation of the defect. There are no refunds on personalized/custom orders unless it is my error.
